Great home for families and groups of friends; perfect bachelorette house! This super hip, fabulous house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 (please review sleeping arrangements/beds). The entire house has been updated, and the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Open floor plan provides ample seating for your entire group!

The main bedroom has one king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a full trundle: the room sleeps up to four, if two are sleeping in the full size trundle.
Bedroom #3 sleeps up to six: it has two bunk beds: one is a twin over twin bunk; the other is a full over full bunk.

In each bedroom you'll find USB chargers on every bedside table & caddies on the top bunks to hold your electronic devices, eyeglasses, books, etc.
All bedrooms also have ample storage, ceiling fans and/or floor fans, and plenty of coat hangers.

For your little ones, we have a high chair and a Pack 'n Play; and linens for the Pack ‘n Play.

The house is located in sunny South Scottsdale, minutes from fabulous restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, Spring Training, Talking Stick Resort, Top Golf, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo, an aquarium, and Butterfly Wonderland. It is residential street & affords you absolute privacy.

NOISE
Noise monitors are in place and will alert us to any excessive noise which is in violation of Scottsdale Ordinances.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Out of respect for the neighbors & in compliance with City ordinances, no outdoor activities are permitted after 10:00pm - this is strictly enforced.

NO PARTIES
As mentioned in the House Rules, parties and unregistered guests are prohibited.

TAKE CARE OF THE HOME & ITS CONTENTS
Guests are responsible for treating the home and its contents with the utmost care. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to guest - this includes BATH AND BED LINENS.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, driveway, and backyard gates.

GUEST VERIFICATIONS/ID'S REQUIRED
By requesting a reservation or booking a stay, you give permission to the property manager/host to use a third-party to conduct guest screening including verifying your identity in order to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager/host. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
